The Food Institute recently shared a report summarizing consumer sentiment towards pumpkin spice. The report concluded that demand for the spice will continue, with the global pumpkin spice market predicted to grow $2.4 billion by 2031. The institute also shared findings from a 2023 survey that asked consumers if they thought the popular fall spice mixture was overrated or underrated. It found that 62% of consumers felt that the popular fall spice mixture was accurately rated, only 33% felt that it was overrated, and the remaining 6% felt it was underrated.
