The ASTA annual report summarizes our activities and accomplishments over the past calendar year. The ASTA bylaws are the key set of governing documents that set forth the rules for our association. These bylaws establish the structure and duties of the board of directors and offers, set membership categories, define the process for making significant decisions, and set guidelines for meetings and voting procedures. 

The ASTA Policies and Procedures manual is a key association management tool that allows the Executive Director to make decisions relating to the management of the organization in line with the expectations of the Board of Directors.
