This is ASTA's policy document regarding ASTA's Code of Conduct. ASTA is committed to providing pure, safe spices to American consumers by fostering collaboration and resilience in the global spice industry. In pursuit of this commitment, ASTA Members shall sustain and advance the integrity, honor, and prestige of ASTA by upholding and complying with these commitments, which comprise ASTA's “Code of Conduct.” for members.

ASTA Board of Directors Policy, B-01: Composition of Board of Directors
This is ASTA's policy document regarding the Composition of the Board of Directors. Consistent with Article IV of the By-Laws, it is the goal of ASTA to have a Board of Directors that represents the diversity of ASTA’s members and that has among its members the appropriate expertise (such as financial, technical, regulatory/legal, and trade) to successfully govern the association to assure that ASTA has a Board of Directors representative of its membership to further the successful governance of the association, and a procedure for electing Directors that encourages continuity and stability.
ASTA Meeting Policy, E-02: Annual Meeting Attendance
This is ASTA's policy document regarding meetings and Annual Meeting attendance. As an industry-driven association, ASTA shall encourage representatives of all companies in the spice industry, including Non-Members, to attend the Annual Meeting to provide industry-wide access to the Annual Meeting with lower fees and access to ASTA business meetings offered as a benefit of membership.
