E-04: Suitcasing Policy
This is ASTA's policy document on suitcasing. It states that ASTA shall have a zero tolerance policy for suitcasing at the ASTA Annual Meeting or any other ASTA event, with the purpose of continuing to provide industry-wide access to the Annual Meeting for ASTA members and non-members and incentivize all companies to register for and pay applicable Annual Meeting registration fees for all employees attending the event.

Consistent with Article VIII, Section 2 of the Bylaws, the Board may approve the formation of regional chapters as general activity committees for the purpose of coordinating and aiding in the general objectives of the Association to provide appropriate oversight to ensure the Chapters further ASTA’s mission and that chapter activities do not pose any financial risk to ASTA.
