EtO Scrutiny Continues to Pressure Indian Spices Board
Several countries are tightening inspections of Indian spice imports following the Food Safety and Standards Authority of India’s (FSSAI) suspension of ethylene oxide (EtO) operations after several EtO-treated spices originating from India were recalled in Singapore and Hong Kong.
