Rules for Import CIF C&F FOB Contract
The import C.I.F., C&F., or F.O.B. contract is one of the sample contracts provided by ASTA for members involved in the spice trade, facilitating transactions and trade processes. The ASTA contracts are a benefit to ASTA members doing business in the spice trade. ASTA has developed sample contracts for members to use when buying and selling spices. The use of an ASTA contract, as well as the use of ASTA’s name and/or logo, is a member benefit. Non-members are not permitted to use the ASTA logo or represent themselves as being affiliated with ASTA.
Future Delivery Contract
The Future Delivery Contract is one of the sample contracts provided by ASTA for members involved in the spice trade, facilitating transactions and trade processes.
