Import Ex-Dock Contract
The Import Ex-Dock Contract is one of the sample contracts provided by ASTA for members involved in the spice trade, facilitating transactions and trade processes. The ASTA contracts benefit ASTA members doing business in the spice trade. ASTA has developed sample contracts for members to buy and sell spices. The use of an ASTA contract and the use of ASTA’s name and logo is a member benefit. Non-members are not permitted to use the ASTA logo or represent themselves as affiliated with ASTA.
