ASTA Committees Policy, C-01: Nominating Committee
This is ASTA's policy document regarding the nominating committee. Consistent with Article VIII, Section 1 of the By-Laws, the Board shall appoint a Nominating Committee that consists of an appropriate representation of the diversity of ASTA’s membership based on company size, business segment, and international representation to assure that the association has an objective and appropriate level of input from members so that the best slate of candidates for the Board can be nominated for election.

Membership Policy F-05: Requests for Information
This is ASTA's policy document regarding requests for information. As a benefit of membership, ASTA members shall receive assistance from ASTA in locating appropriate resources on technical, regulatory and other industry related issues to assure that appropriate information is provided to members and that non members are aware that this is a benefit of membership.
E-04: Suitcasing Policy
This is ASTA's policy document on suitcasing. It states that ASTA shall have a zero tolerance policy for suitcasing at the ASTA Annual Meeting or any other ASTA event, with the purpose of continuing to provide industry-wide access to the Annual Meeting for ASTA members and non-members and incentivize all companies to register for and pay applicable Annual Meeting registration fees for all employees attending the event.
