ASTA Comments to FDA on Labeling of Paprika
ASTA issued comments to the Office of Nutritional Products, Labeling and Dietary Supplements at the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) in January 2008 regarding labeling of paprika in regards to its two functions in food as a spice used to season food and as a color additive.
