ASTA Board of Directors Policy, B-04: Liason with Committees
This is ASTA's policy document regarding the liaison between the Board of Directors and committees. It is ASTA’s policy to appoint a Board Liaison to each committee to assure that the Board of Directors has appropriate input from ASTA’s committees in the governance of the association and to ensure that the committees function in line with the strategic direction approved by the Board of Directors.

ASTA Committees Policy, C-01: Nominating Committee
This is ASTA's policy document regarding the nominating committee. Consistent with Article VIII, Section 1 of the By-Laws, the Board shall appoint a Nominating Committee that consists of an appropriate representation of the diversity of ASTA’s membership based on company size, business segment, and international representation to assure that the association has an objective and appropriate level of input from members so that the best slate of candidates for the Board can be nominated for election.
ASTA Committees Policy, C-03: Chapters
This is ASTA's policy document regarding chapters. Consistent with Article VIII, Section 2 of the Bylaws, the Board may approve the formation of regional chapters as general activity committees for the purpose of coordinating and aiding in the general objectives of the Association to provide appropriate oversight to ensure the Chapters further ASTA’s mission and that chapter activities do not pose any financial risk to ASTA.
