ASTA Administration Policy, A-03: Anti-Trust and Competitive Practices

This is ASTA's policy document regarding its relationship with an association management service provider. It is ASTA’s policy that the association retain the services of an association management services provider rather than operate as a “free-standing” association with direct association employees and staff to allow ASTA to focus on key membership services programs, such as government relations, rather than on administrative issues related to managing the association, and to allow ASTA to make the most effective use of limited financial resources.

This is ASTA's policy document regarding conflict of interest. This policy serves the purpose of assuring that ASTA conducts its business in a fair and equitable manner that is in the best interest of the association.
