Tariff Tracker - February 2026
Tariff tracker for the month of February 2026 updated as of February 20.
** On February 20, the U.S. Supreme Court ruled that the International Emergency Economic Powers Act (IEEPA) does not authorize the President to impose tariffs under a national declared emergency. The Trump Administration is expected to impose alternative tariff actions in the absence of IEEPA tariffs.
ASTA is closely reviewing the opinion and assessing potential impacts on current and future tariff measures affecting the spice trade. In the interim, this tariff tracker is still available as a reference.
