Multi-Industry Letter to EPA on PFAS Reporting and Recordkeeping Requirements
On December 29, 2025, ASTA signed onto a Food & Beverage Issue Alliance (FBIA) letter to the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) on its proposal to exempt importing articles relative to EPA's reporting and recordkeeping requirements for per- and polyfluroalkyl substances.
