Comments on Enforcement of the Uyghur Forced Labor Prevention Act

ASTA submitted comments to the US Department of Homeland Security in March 2022 in response to the Federal Register Notice seeking public comments on methods to prevent the importation of goods mined, produced, or manufactured with forced labor in the People's Republic of China, especially in the Xinjiang Uyghur Autonomous Region, into the United States. Comments condemn the use of forced labor, support the US government's efforts to eliminate products made with forced labor from US supply chains and ask for additional clarification and guidance on compliance.
