ASTA will have a Crisis Management/Communications Plan detailing specific actions to be taken in the event of a crisis impacting the spice industry to protect the reputation of the association, the spice industry, and ASTA members.

ASTA shall have defined roles and responsibilities for all elected leaders, committees, and the chief staff officer to set performance expectations and clearly define the roles and responsibilities of elected and volunteer members and the paid staff to ensure maximum efficiency in achieving ASTA’s goals.
