This is ASTA's policy document regarding Annual Meeting Dates and Sites. The ASTA Annual Meeting of the Members of the Association shall be held between April 15 and May 15, preferably the last week of April or the first week of May.

As an industry-driven association, ASTA shall encourage representatives of all companies in the spice industry, including Non-Members, to attend the Annual Meeting to provide industry-wide access to the Annual Meeting with lower fees and access to ASTA business meetings offered as a benefit of membership.

This is ASTA's policy document regarding its relationship with an association management service provider. It is ASTA’s policy that the association retain the services of an association management services provider rather than operate as a “free-standing” association with direct association employees and staff to allow ASTA to focus on key membership services programs, such as government relations, rather than on administrative issues related to managing the association, and to allow ASTA to make the most effective use of limited financial resources.
