This is ASTA's letter to New York State Deputy Secretary of New York's Department of Agriculture & Markets, Kevin King, on Proposed Heavy Metal Limits for Spices from July 2022. The letter opposes the proposed action levels and poses a number of questions regarding the state's approach.
