This is ASTA's policy document regarding resigned member follow-up. ASTA shall follow up with members who resign to understand why members resign, to see if changes can be made to convince the resigning member to continue their membership and to make adjustments, as necessary, to ASTA benefits to improve the value of membership

ASTA Committees Policy, C-03: Chapters
This is ASTA's policy document regarding chapters. Consistent with Article VIII, Section 2 of the Bylaws, the Board may approve the formation of regional chapters as general activity committees for the purpose of coordinating and aiding in the general objectives of the Association to provide appropriate oversight to ensure the Chapters further ASTA’s mission and that chapter activities do not pose any financial risk to ASTA.
