This is ASTA's policy document regarding Executive Directors. ASTA has traditionally had an Executive Director, and it is appropriate for ASTA to continue to do so at the option of the Board, who is responsible for the execution of tasks and strategies assigned by the Board to manage the execution of tasks, programs, and strategies assigned by the Board.
