The April 2025 Annual Meeting and Exhibits in Savannah, GA, featured a comprehensive report on global black pepper. The report included detailed information on global production, export and import patterns, pricing updates, demand, and consolidated crop summaries by country. It was based on anonymously aggregated data from ASTA member companies and allied trade organizations such as the Vietnam Pepper and Spice Association, the International Pepper Community, and the All India Spice Exporters Forum, along with other publicly available sources. Presented in video developed by ASTA and accompanied by a PDF summary, the report was followed by a panel discussion with ASTA members.
