April 2024: Herbs, Seeds and Spices Report
The presentation provided a regional update on Egyptian basil, marjoram, fennel, and parsley; Indian turmeric, ginger, cumin, and coriander; Indonesian nutmeg, mace, and cloves; and Turkish oregano, sage, and bay leaves. The information included global production, major markets, sources, growing regions, outlook, and crop overview. It was presented for the April 2024 update at the Annual Meeting and Exhibits held in Tucson, AZ. ASTA members worked collaboratively to prepare the report.
