April 2024: Black Pepper Report
ASTA collaborated with Tridge to pilot a new approach to presenting the black pepper crop report. The report included information on global production, exports and imports, price updates, demand, and consolidated crop reports by countries. The report is based on data that was blindly consolidated from ASTA member companies and allied trade organizations, such as the Vietnam Pepper and Spice Association and International Pepper Community, along with other public sources of information on black pepper. It was presented for the April update at the 2024 Annual Meeting and Exhibits held in Tucson, AZ.
