2024 Food Safety: Changing Culture to Improve Food Safety
Lone Jespersen, Ph.D., Principal and Founder, Cultivate SA provided an interactive session at the 2024 Annual Meeting. During the session, participants gauged their own food safety culture and engaged in small group discussions with spice industry colleagues about how to improve business by advancing their food safety journey.
