About ASTA Crop Reports

ASTA provides detailed market updates on spices of interest to the ASTA membership at regular intervals throughout the year. These informative presentations are filled with timely information about production numbers, growing areas, crop size, supply, trends, challenges, emerging issues, and trends and are released in alignment with crop harvest timelines.

The ASTA Crop Report Task Force determines when to highlight the most relevant spices of interest throughout the year. The crop reports are developed by experts with an understanding of the crops, and facilitated by engaging and knowledgeable speakers and panelists.

Crop reports are offered multiple times annually and are available as live in-person sessions at the ASTA Annual Meeting in the spring or virtually as live webinars throughout the rest of the year. Members who attend the live presentations can engage in Q&A sessions with our speakers to gain even further insight. Recordings and PDF downloads of the crop reports are also available for download for all members after the live session.
