Beyond the Deadline: What Packaging EPR Means for Spice Brands in 2026 and Beyond

This webinar will be held virtually on Tuesday, July 28, 2026, at 11:00 a.m. ET.

Overview

The first wave of packaging EPR reporting deadlines has come and gone, but for many companies, the real work is just beginning.

Seven U.S. states now have active Extended Producer Responsibility (EPR) laws for packaging, with more legislation advancing across the country. What started as a reporting requirement is quickly becoming a long-term business obligation that impacts packaging design, supplier engagement, procurement decisions, compliance programs, and operating costs.

For spice and seasoning companies, the challenge can be especially complex. Flexible films, pouches, sachets, rigid containers, multi-material packaging, imported products, private label arrangements, and co-manufacturing relationships all create unique compliance considerations that vary from state to state.

Join Lowell Huffman, Director of Partnerships at rePurpose Global, for a practical discussion on what companies are learning after their first major reporting cycle and what comes next.

The webinar is a member-only exclusive.  Registration is complimentary, but you must register to receive access to the live broadcast.  A recording of the webinar will be made available in the member Resource Library after the broadcast.
