Tariff Refunds: What We Know So Far webinar
Last week, the United States Court of International Trade (CIT) ordered Customs and Border Protection (CBP) to refund all importers for tariffs collected under the International Emergency Economic Powers Act (IEEPA). All importers of record are entitled to refunds, but the decision is expected to be appealed.
