Tariff Refunds: What We Know So Far Webinar
The United States Court of International Trade (CIT) ordered Customs and Border Protection (CBP) to refund all importers for tariffs collected under the International Emergency Economic Powers Act (IEEPA). All importers of record are entitled to refunds, but the decision is expected to be appealed. This session presented on Friday, March 13, 2026, provided an overview of what is currently known about the ruling, how CBP may implement refunds and what spice importers should expect in the coming weeks and months.
