Join ASTA for a technical webinar featuring Dr. Steve Biegalski, Professor and Chair of Nuclear and Radiological Engineering and Medical Physics Program at Georgia Institute of Technology, who will provide an overview of analytical techniques used to detect Cesium-137 (Cs-137) in food and environmental samples. Dr. Biegalski will explain key detection principles, instrumentation options, and data interpretation considerations to help spice industry professionals better understand testing methodologies that may be relevant to ongoing FDA investigations and compliance programs.
