ASTA will be hosting a webinar on the Highlights from IFIC’s 2024 Food & Health Survey for the Spice Industry. As a part of ASTA’s IFIC Food & Health Communication Forum membership, ASTA members receive a customized briefing on IFIC’s Annual Food & Health Survey.
The presentation will review data on key shifts in consumer perceptions and attitudes toward nutrition and food safety-related issues of notable interest to the spice sector. Presenters will address consumer response to food safety and chemicals in food and share results on trended data, especially with regards to consumer confidence in the safety of the U.S. food supply, heavy metals, purchasing drivers, and sustainability, as well as public trust in our food systems.
