U.S. Supreme Court Overrules Chevron Deference
In a 6-3 decision (Loper Bright Enterprises v. Raimondo), the U.S. Supreme Court overruled a 40-year legal precedent, the Chevron deference, that allowed federal agencies to interpret laws passed by Congress.
