ASTA Petition Proposing Import Tolerances for Acetamiprid for Various Spices
In September 2023, ASTA submitted a petition to EPA's Office of Pesticide Programs to establish import tolerances for acetamiprid for a variety of spices that contained in both the Codex Alimentarius "spices, seed" crop group and US Crop Group 19.
